These Terms govern your access to and use of the MfgPlantIQ web application and Android app (the "Service"). By registering for, downloading, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts & company registration

You register on behalf of a company and are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (including company name and user details) and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential.

2. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful, internal manufacturing/operations purposes.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or attempt to breach security or access another company's data.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and photos you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to upload it.

4. Plans, limits & payment

Paid plans are billed per company according to the plan selected. Usage limits (such as number of users and photo/storage limits) apply per plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including duplicate detection, GPS, reports, or quantities) will be accurate or complete.

6. Limitation of liability & user responsibility

The Service is a tool to assist your operations. You are solely responsible for how you and your users use it and for any decisions, actions, or omissions made based on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MfgPlantIQ and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, production, data, materials, or goodwill, or for any workplace, safety, quality, financial or operational outcome — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MfgPlantIQ and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the applicable jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
